Jille Bartolome has been a fixture in the coaching community since 1996. She is passionate about coaching and the transformative qualities that the coaching process has on individuals, companies and communities. Jille loves sharing her deep knowledge of the coaching process and is the founder of the CoachPath Life School and the CoachPath Academy.
Jille Bartolome, is a Master Certified Coach whose clients experience breakthroughs in living a life fully connected to their own wisdom. Jille is an expert in guiding her clients to ever higher levels of leadership, achievement and happiness. She has led coaching and training events with thousands of clients from entrepreneurs, large corporations, small businesses, direct sales organizations, non-profits, coach training participants and personal growth communities since 1996.
Jille blends the wisdom of the body, mind, and spirit connection with practical tools for a confident supportive approach. Her clients and students value her humorous and holistic approach to communicating and her ability to inspire the “right” actions for each individual person who she works with.
Jille has been called “The Velvet Hammer” by her colleagues and clients because of her soft, unassuming presence and her ability to hit the nail on the head with her edgy, confident questions that propel her clients and students forward.“My mission is to guide others to listen to the wisdom that is within them and to then go boldly confidently towards their dreams. Laura Berman Fortgang is an award-winning coach known internationally as a pioneer in the personal coaching field. Laura is also a best-selling author, sought-after speaker, TV personality (Oprah and All National Morning Shows), corporate spokesperson, interfaith minister and performer. Her TedX talk currently boasts over 2 million views.
Laura’s five books are published in 13 languages. She has addressed audiences around the world on topics such as Reinvention, Career Satisfaction and Small Business as well as bringing coaching to diverse clients ranging from homemakers to celebrities and Fortune 100 companies.

Debbie Crouse, MCC, PMC
Debbie Crouse is the founder of Danest Enterprises. Her life journey has been an adventure with challenges and triumphs. She’s real, high energy, passionate and loves to have FUN!! What uniquely qualifies her as a coach are her failures and successes, ability to ask courageous questions and listening presence. It takes courage to be a successful coach, many of us have the fear of not being good enough, failing and looking bad, and having self-doubts. Debbie believes others are special and lives by the “Platinum Rule”. She trusts her instinct and has the courage to follow it and coaches others to do the same.
Debbie is a seasoned speaker, dynamic training facilitator and a professional mentor coach. When Debbie is a coach facilitator for a class it’s all about the student coach. She will partner with you and believe in you! Her approach to business and life is intentionally strategic yet simple. Anyone who knows Debbie knows she coaches the way she lives, works and plays, with curiosity, courage, and compassion. She loves helping people get out of their own way so they can blossom into competent, respected happy superstars who approach each day with passion. Debbie’s been married for over 40 years, 2 adult children, a daughter-in-law and grandchildren who call her GiGi. She’s worked in the Pharmaceutical Industry in leadership positions (including being an internal coach) for over 40 years with a BS in Pharmacy and MBA degrees.
Pamela Richarde, MA, MCC
Pamela Richarde is dedicated explorer, she has an eclectic background, having lived, studied and worked in multiple environments & disciplines. Passionate about expanding into unknown territories her insatiable curiosity has led her to engage in an exploration of culture, community and compassion throughout the world, with a lens in both scientific and spiritual realms.
The last 30 years have found Pamela dedicating her energies to coaching. In service of transformational culture change and evolution, she is a pioneer in the field, assisting in shaping what we know coaching to be today. As a highly experienced, trainer, mentor and executive and organizational coach, her approach is characterized by a unique blend of pragmatism, intuition, compassion, and humor.
Pamela's multifaceted expertise, coupled with her deeply human approach, positions her as a transformative leader and coach. Her work emphasizes the interconnectedness of personal well-being, purposeful contribution, and meaningful connections. Through her coaching, training and leadership, she empowers individuals and organizations to embrace a vision of inspired living and achieve sustainable growth and change.
Gina St. Laurent, PCC
Gina St. Laurent transitioned from her corporate career as global leader in the translation industry to pursue her calling as a coach and, just a few years later, is now an ICF Certified PCC Life & Career Design Coach. In her private coaching practice, Gina helps her clients see who they really are and what they really want--beyond the 'shoulds' and the imaginary judgment panels--and inspires them to grow beyond their present limits so they can lead happier, more fulfilling lives. She believes that progress equals happiness and happiness is a choice, that when we get clear on our personal definition of progress and choose progress over perfection, we can create a life aligned with our unique definition, and experience less frustration and more ease, joy and fulfillment. Gina is based in New York City.
